Belton’s award-winning cheeses rely on the highest quality fresh milk. The milk comes from a local field of 80 farms within a 25-mile radius of the Belton Farm dairy. All Belton Cheese is matured on-site in our purpose built cold store and is carefully selected to retailer’s specifications by our highly skilled graders.
